89 Buick LeSabre therm housing

[bedlam]

This is a simply question. But I need to replace the thermastat to this vehicle,After looking at the housing , I think there is only one bolt that hold it in place??
One bolt is easily accesable. but the other is very obstructed.
I assume there is an O ring gasket as well??
