timing bet - do it yourself?

Hi,
is that possible to change timing belt by myself in subaru impreza?
I'd like to buy this car but havd concerns about dealing with timing belts. Most new car put chain back to theirs engine.

Welcome to the forum. Yes a timing belt can be a do it yourself job. That is dependant upon your mechanical skills, tools and a manual or directions. Good luck with it.
