Hey guys, I have only air coming out of the defrost vents when the heater is on. I am pretty sure it is a vacuum line off or broke going inside to the control. Maybe not though, any ideas? The control valve behind the glove box has no vacuum on the hose, while the engine is running. Shouldn't it have, if the selector switch is moved? Also the "hot to cold" switch doesn't seem to work, it blows hot all the time. Thanks for any help.

Check the lines from the vacuum cannister under the hood to the controls. There is no specific place I can tell you to look. There is however a vacuum distribution tee on the firewall. Might look there. You probably have a blend door actuator that has quit working. It is somewhere under the dash, not sure off the top of my head. If I have time at the shop today I will look it up for you.

A/C Electronic Door Actuator Motor Removal Disconnect battery ground cable. Loosen instrument panel (04320) and pull back from cowl. Remove A/C electronic door actuator motor electrical connector from bracket on A/C evaporator housing. Remove three A/C electronic door actuator motor retaining screws. NOTE: The mounting bracket remains in place on the A/C evaporator housing. Lift A/C electronic door actuator motor vertically approximately 12mm (1/2 inch) to disengage it from bracket and actuator shaft, then pull A/C electronic door actuator motor back toward passenger compartment. Installation Insert A/C electronic door actuator motor horizontally over actuator bracket on A/C evaporator housing. Insert actuator shaft into A/C air temperature control door. (Manually moving A/C air temperature control door will help engage shaft.) Attach actuator bracket with three retaining screws. Attach actuator electrical connector to bracket on A/C evaporator housing. Install instrument panel. Connect battery ground cable. These are known to break the blend door too. If you pull this off and the blend door is broken, let me know and I will post a link as a how to fix. Good luck.

I found a vacuum line that was plugged off under the hood. It is curved and long enough to run to the inside of the car but I can't see anywhere it should go. I'm still thinking it's this hose that's the problem. I used a vacuum pump and checked the blend door and it works. The heater valve also worked when vacuum is applied. Does anyone have a diagram that shows which line is the supply line to the connector behind the glove box? There are 4 or 5 color coded hoses. Thanks.
