Helo Eric. have you checked the fuel pressure? If the injectors are pulsing but there is no fuel, it will not run. If you are positive you have no spark, check all the fuses first. Use a test light to check them. Also check the crank sensor wires to be sure there is no corrosion and they are seated properly on the pins. I have seen them plug in, but the plastic insert will make contact with the sensor pins and cause a no spark. Let us know what you find. And Dan---you told me you were up on FFFFFords

After looking in the manual, does this vehicle have an anti-theft device? If it does, does the light blink on dash? If light blinks, first try another key. If a different key starts it, you need to purchase and reprogram the key. If it doesn't and the light blinks, we need to check for codes in the PCM. Keep us informed.

this was the craziest thing I have ever seen, The main wiring harness was burned up, seems as though when it is made it was missing a major plug? they have plastic inserts that go where there are no wires one was missing allowing water to leak in and short out. Lucky it did not catch on fire. So Ford had us replace 20 other thing but this ($2000 worth) then for safety sake we checked the brakes lines rotors wheel bearings, seems as though the right rear was deffective from the factory it was spinning freely . Makes me wonder if the Firestone thing is real may have been the wheel bearings all along. Lucky the rim did not pop off. Whole inside of the Wheel bearing was stripped no star shaped gears what so ever.
email me for pics of the connector if anyone wants to see it ericdzik1@aol.com
