need advice. My 1995 ford aerostar minivans auto transmission jumps in and out of gear,especially while engine is cold. It is a 3.0 engine,200,000 thousand miles on it.I completely flushed the tranny and replace fluid and filter and problem still there. When trying to take off from a stop I find that i'm no longer in gear.when I rev the engine a few times the tranny jumps into gear and and changes fine until I stop again. there is one thickand gooey transmission stop slip formula that I ad to tranny that makes it operate normally for a couple of days before the problem stars all over again. HELP
