1992 GMC 3/4 PU 4 wd. Started sputtering on hyway . Acts like its running on 6 or 7 cyl. Replaced........ cap , rotor wires , plugs , coil , IAC, map sensor both spark modules , egr vacumn sensor , coolant/temp sensor . throttle position sensor , checked tbi inj for damage or cracked seals.
Engine stalls with both inj plugged in will run but not perfect with 1 unplugged. But has no power to drive under 1 inj. ( used 6 gallons of gas in about 20 mile range).
Checked btdc @ cyl 1 for timing . seems to be right on the mark.
other than making a garden planter out of it any recommendations ?

RFG, in order to reduce confusion I moved your post to a new thread.
Hmm, you’ve replaced a lot of parts, were all of these parts replaced after the problem started? Do you have any trouble codes in the computer?
Have you checked the fuel pressure?
Check to make sure all of the battery and computer ground connections are clean and tight on the engine block. Also be sure that the positive battery cable and power distribution wires are clean and tight at the starter solenoid.
Have you checked the magnetic pick-up and the stator magnet in the distributor? I’ve seen weak stator magnets and failing pick-ups in the distributor cause similar problems.

most electronic parts have been replaced . (Found that the egr vac sol was defective. ) after ( in the yard mechanics with the same tools ) found a bent push rod - exhaust valve ... cyl # 6. So , I figure at 85 dollars per hour at GM to diagnose I am ahead of the game as now I have mostly new parts and the security of the same.
Anyways , I appreciate your input Venturi. thank you kindly
