Trans pan bolts were loose, Tightened and all is good. Steering seemed to get tighter though? Spoke with my mechanic and he seems to think the Surging or hesitation may be the Idle Air Control Valve. Will have it hooked to the diagnostic code reader next week. The car is stalling more and the tach drops when slowing past 35 MPH.

More bad news. The code checker thingy only has 3 wires hooked to it!! Can't even run a diagnostic check.

’95 was a transition year between OBDI and OBDII computer control systems so you may need access to a true scan tool with the appropriate software installed rather than a code reader in order to check the codes and view the data stream.
